I'm not sure what to name this meta. Might change it later. But posting it here in case I forget. Anyway, a post on smogon in the averagemons thread made me think, what if instead of using 100/100 average stats, each pokemon of a type had their statistical averages, you know the one Nam used to decide the lowest averages for Type Shift.
These are the statistical averages, rounded down (If it was 69.81 for example, it is 70, if it was 69.21, it is 69):
Fire: 82/94/82/106/88/81 Bug: 65/83/81/68/79/71 Normal: 88/87/71/67/74/82 Fight: 81/110/79/69/84/82 Flying: 79/87/76/85/80/91 Poison: 77/85/74/79/79/77 Ground: 89/102/97/71/76/66 Rock: 74/96/119/67/86/54 Ghost: 75/82/84/90/86/71 Steel: 74/98/119/79/90/63 Fairy: 81/72/79/88/95/69 Dark: 76/102/78/83/75/80 Dragon: 97/117/95/110/99/92 Ice: 82/83/83/90/93/79 Psychic: 78/80/83/101/95/85 Electric: 71/78/78/90/86/90 Grass: 79/87/82/89/94/73 Water: 86/84/85/86/82/72
Dragon looks incredibly powerful atm, with not a single stat below 90, and mons like Pikachu may potentially be better in this meta, with not only higher stats but a better speed tier, so idk about bans yet. So what do you guys think?
